Glacier and Dim Glacier weapons are both Episode 19 weapons. The Episode 19 armor set is called Snow Flower.

Characteristics of both items

The concept of Glacier weapons is a general damage increase. For example, you can enchant them with options like "against monster all race damage increase" and "against monster all size damage increase" using an item called Snow Flower Stone.

You can get these Snow Flower Stones by dismantling Dim Glacier weapons or by defeating regional bosses like Ultra Limacina and Instance bosses. Glacier weapons are also relatively easy to craft, and they do not have card slots.

They DO NOT have any grading option, so you don't need to grade it. (it is recommended to refine them to +9 or +11)

The concept of Dim Glacier Weapons is a skill-specific damage increase. The damage increase is higher than with Glacier weapons, but they are more difficult to craft. They use an item called Snow Flower Magic Stone Extract as a crafting material, which you can obtain by dismantling Dim Glacier Weapons, but a large quantity is required. And Dim Glacier weapons have a single card slot, and they require grading to an A grade.

As for the Dim Glacier Weapons frequently mentioned in this text, you can recycle them by teleporting to Warper-Town-Ice Castle, entering the building directly in front of you, walking straight ahead and entering the room on the right (1 o'clock direction), and clicking on the Brazier at the very end.

If you actually try to recycle them, you'll find that it's more of a tedious grind than "hunting," but the result is quite powerful and noticeable, so it's recommended.

They do require grading, so try to gather enough resources for both zeny and Blacksmith's blessings.

Where to get them and how to enchant

The Glacier weapon can be bought with 150k zeny from an NPC after you complete the EP 19 quest. Dim glacier weapons are dropping in the "Issgard dungeons." Each place has a different drop, so choose the place where the weapons that most of your characters can equip drop. This does not require the EP 19 quest, and even enchanting does not require you to complete the quest.

Additional information

The NPC is selling the Dim Glacier Reinforcement Box, which works with +9 to +11 Dim Glacier weapons. This is useful for refining and grading. Remember that this box will require additional items listed in the description.
