Reputation System

The Reputation System is a custom feature designed to provide a "contained" progression path where players can farm powerful equipment that doesn't fit elsewhere in the game.

Unlike traditional systems that bottleneck progression behind a single currency, this system allows for multiple factions with different assortments of equipment. This ensures you can target the specific gear you need without being forced to complete unrelated grinds first.

Current Faction: Prontera Cathedral

The first available faction is the **Prontera Cathedral**. Helping the church allows you to acquire equipment focused on support, healing, and holy magic, as well as general utility accessories.

Currencies

The system uses two main types of currency, earned by completing quests and hunting specific monsters.

Name	Usage
Prestigious Prayer Beads	Used to purchase Tier 1 and Tier 2 equipment, and for Enchanting.
Glorious Prayer Beads	Used to purchase Tier 3 equipment.

Earning Reputation & Beads

There are several ways to increase your standing with the Cathedral. Some methods are unlocked only after reaching specific reputation milestones.

1. Daily Donations

You can donate Zeny to the church to gain a quick reputation boost.

**Cost:** Zeny (Amount varies)
**Reward:** 50 Reputation per donation.
**Limit:** 10 times per day (Max 500 Reputation/Day).

2. Quests (Hunting & Delivery)

Pious Alexander offers various tasks.

**Hunting Quests:** Kill demons above certain levels. (Note: Grants Prestigious Prayer Beads only after reaching 2,500 Reputation).
**Delivery Quests:** Gather items to help the church. Gives more Beads than Reputation.
- **Requirement:** You must have at least **1,000 Reputation** to accept delivery quests.

3. MVP Bundles

Hunting MVPs in the Prontera region yields special rewards.

**Drop:** Prontera Cathedral Bundle (Item ID: 320002)
**Effect:** Upon use, grants 50 Reputation and a few Glorious Prayer Beads.
**Target:** All Prontera MVPs.

4. High-Tier Challenges

Available after reaching **2,500 Reputation**.

**Missions:** Hunt specific MVPs (e.g., Baphomet versions) or clear Instances (Evil Places).
**Reward:** High amount of Reputation and **Glorious Prayer Beads**.

Milestone Rewards

As you reach specific reputation thresholds, Pious Alexander will grant you one-time rewards to aid your journey.

All equipment from the Prontera Cathedral reputation (except the Archpriest Ring) can be enchanted.
